What if my ornament breaks?

If your ornament breaks in shipping please let me know within 48hours of delivery and I will replace it. Just send me a message with a photo. After 48hours I cannot replace ornaments for free. I do not replace broken ornaments because of accidental drops or falls.

Personalized ornaments - Please be sure to check your personalization has correct spelling. If your ornament is misspelled you will have to order another ornament with the correct spelling.

What if my candle flame is too big?

For safety reasons, you should not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Before you light your candle, trim the wick with nail clippers or a wick trimmer. If you already lit your candle and the flame is too large, blow your candle out and wait for the wax to reharden before you trim the wick and relight your candle.

Why don't you add more sand to the ornament?

If I add a lot of sand the ornament will become too heavy and not hang properly on your tree.
