Handmade. There are many steps to making your custom ornament, from wrapping the pole in twine to attaching the bow on top! I take care in each ornament and pay special attention to details. CUSTOMIZE YOUR BEACH NAMES! Add any names you would like! add your favorite beach vacation spots or even date of your beach wedding. ADD UP TO 10 NAMES IN ONE ORNAMENT. I place each sign around the pole so you can rotate the ornament and see the signs from all angles. Quite a fun and unique ornament!
Generally, I will do up to 6 (depending on length of signs) signs facing forward, more than that, they will rotate around the pole. I do keep the names in the same order you give me unless the name is too long to fit on the top or bottom of the ornament. Adjustments are made to font size when names are long. I have no particular number of characters to be used. If a name is too long (which is rare) than I will contact you.
Glass ornaments will come with shells and sand shipped separately to be added in. This will protect your ornaments from breaking during shipping. Simple instructions included.

What if it breaks?
- The ride from my studio to your home is sometimes a bumpy one. The larger the ornament the more likely the glass will have thin weak spots. Only a small percentage of my ornaments break in transit. Once you open your package immediately and inspect your ornament. If your ornament is broken please report it to me within 48hours of delivery. Send me a photo of the broken ornament. I will send you a new ornament straight away at no cost.
What if my ornament is broke when I receive it?
- No problem! See my shop policies for details.
I like the idea of the poles and signs but does it have to be beach themed?
- No! I can use faux snow making it a mountain/Christmas theme. I have also made "city ornaments" where the signs are not wood grain but are green and white (like street signs) Contact me to have a customized ornament. Custom color signs or design may take slightly longer to make.

What if my ornament breaks?
If your ornament breaks in shipping please let me know within 48hours of delivery and I will replace it. Just send me a message with a photo. After 48hours I cannot replace ornaments for free. I do not replace broken ornaments because of accidental drops or falls.

What if my candle flame is too big?
For safety reasons, you should not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Before you light your candle, trim the wick with nail clippers or a wick trimmer. If you already lit your candle and the flame is too large, blow your candle out and wait for the wax to reharden before you trim the wick and relight your candle.
Why don't you add more sand to the ornament?
If I add a lot of sand the ornament will become too heavy and not hang properly on your tree.

The ornaments are perfect. Beautiful and well made. I bought these as gifts for friends we vacationed with as a keepsake. Everyone loved them. They're perfect. The customer service is next level. When I found these I was days away from vacation. When I placed the order I had them shipped to the vacation rental only to find out mail was not allowed to be delivered to the address and they were returned to sender. Once she received them she mailed them back out immediately and without hesitation!! They delivered the day after I got home.
